Modern Architecture House in Boevange

Metaform Architects designed this three-level house at 280 square meters Boevange, Luxenbourg.
The height, volume, parking ramp, entrance, bearings and input have been defined by municipal regulations. All this has blurred the interior layout and organization (the use of duplex, stairs, landings …). To prevent the reading of this project even more complicated, we created a sober volume using only two materials and colors. The back is facing south, the use of a flat roof in the back allows the penetration of direct sunlight in the rooms facing north. As the terrain is steep, the master bedroom in the basement, which allows direct access to the garden.
