The resort usually presents as a large landscaped park with typical elements of a traditional Chinese garden. Watercourses and plants symbolize the movement and development, while the crystal structures in the form of stones and rocks represent the continuity and stability. The dialogue between the liquid forms of landscape and architecture is expressive of the conceptual stages of design. The crystalline form of stage three is also highlighted by the illumination of the transparent facades at night.
