The Hilton London Tower Bridge design consists of three interlinked ‘strips’, which mediate between the disparate contexts of Tooley Street’s historic Conservation Area and More London’s contemporary towers, progressing from nine storeys on Tooley Street to thirteen storeys towards the waterfront.
The Hilton London Tower Bridge project recognises the value of incorporating leisure uses in emerging business districts to promote true regeneration, rather than desolate office ghettoes inhabited only in the daytime on weekdays.
