1840′s Victorian House Transformed Into a Zero Carbon House

It is a single zero carbon project located in downtown Birmingham, UK. The new house is built around an existing early Victorian terraced house with two bedrooms, produces as much energy as it consumes and is two times larger than the original. Currently there are four bedrooms and a loft. The trend in costs £ 1,160 per square meters and has more than 14 recovered materials and the integration of sustainable building materials.
